President of the Board of Directors
Mr. Cooke was elected and began serving on the Board in December 1997. He held the position of President of the Board of Directors from February 2002 to November 2015 and January 2019 to current. He was reelected to the Board of Directors in 2022.
Vice-President of the Board of Directors
Ms. McVicar was appointed to office in March 2009 and was elected to office in November 2011. She currently holds the Vice-President position on the Board of Directors since 2009. Ms. McVicar served on the Board of Directors for the Association of California Water Agencies Joint Powers Insurance Authority from December 2013 through February 2020. She was reelected in November 2020.
Board Member
Ms. Baroldi was appointed to office in July 2016 and was elected to office in 2018. Ms. Baroldi began serving on the Board of Directors for the Association of California Water Agencies Joint Powers Insurance Authority in February 2020. She was reelected to the Board of Directors in 2022.

Mr. Perumean was reelected in November 2020. He held the position of President of the Board of Directors from December 2015 to January 2019. He was appointed to office in December 2009 and was elected in November 2011.
